Put the calendar in the first paragraph
We do our best work when you describe the shape of the week: how many time zones, which tools the team already uses, and whether you are testing a new break pattern or a clarity workshop. A sales pitch is optional; a clear subject and a work email are not, because that is how we line your note with the right folder.
Replies are written during Wellington business hours first, usually within two business days, volume permitting. If you need a call outside those hours, say so in the message and name the range you are willing to take.

After you send
We file contact notes under the retention period described in the privacy policy, not on this public page. A human reads the first line, checks whether the request is about a new engagement or a clarification on published material, and routes it accordingly. We do not train large third-party language models on your free text without a separate contract; the default is human handling.
If your note contains sensitive data you did not need to include, you can ask us to delete the thread; we will confirm what is technically possible on our mail host and in backups. The consent checkbox is there so a reply over email is lawful under a conservative reading of the GDPR, without turning this static site into a full customer relationship platform by surprise.
